Getting to Avenida de los Poblados by public transport
Take Metro line 5 or Cercanías C-5 to Aluche, the station the Delegación del Gobierno names for the SACE on Avenida de los Poblados; one of its exits opens on the avenue. The regional transport consortium’s station page supplies the lines, exits and buses summarised here, with their links.

At the address
The SACE on Avenida de los Poblados works by appointment, from 9:00 to 13:30. The Sección de Documentación de Extranjeros, which makes and hands over TIE cards, shares the address and keeps an afternoon session as well, from 15:00 to 19:00.
One thing it does not do is the EU registration certificate: that is issued at the other SACE, on Avenida Padre Piquer 18. Check the address on your confirmation before you travel.
