Extranjería outside the capital: the region’s police stations
Outside the capital, the Policía Nacional lists eleven comisarías with a foreigner unit in the towns of the Comunidad de Madrid, and each takes the NIE, the EU certificate and fingerprints for the TIE. Not every procedure means a trip to Aluche: here they are, town by town, with the official source.

What each of these stations handles
- NIE assignment, and certificates for residents and non-residents
- The EU citizen registration certificate (the green certificate)

Booking one of them
The comisarías take appointments through the same cita previa system as the city desks. Choose the province of Madrid and the procedure, then pick among the offices the system offers. Whatever town you live in, the station printed on your confirmation is the one you attend.
Two towns that are not on the list
The Delegación del Gobierno names a comisaría in Alcobendas among those that do documentation work, but the policia.es directory of foreigner units has no entry for it, so it stays out of this guide until both sources agree. The same Delegación document lists a unit in Arganda del Rey, at Avenida del Mediterráneo 7, that deals with TIE documents only.

Within Madrid itself
In Madrid itself the work is split between three desks: the SACE on Avenida de los Poblados assigns the NIE, the SACE on Avenida Padre Piquer 18 issues the EU certificate, and the Sección de Documentación de Extranjeros at Poblados makes and hands over TIE cards.

Can I book a comisaría in another town?
The cita previa system lists the offices available for the procedure you choose. Whichever one you accept is the one you go to, so check its address before you confirm.
Do these stations issue the certificado de registro UE?
Yes. policia.es lists the EU citizen registration certificate among the procedures of every station in this guide.
Can I give my TIE fingerprints outside Madrid?
Each station on the list takes fingerprints for the TIE and hands the card over, according to policia.es. Your booking decides which one.
Why is Alcobendas missing?
Two official sources disagree: the Delegación del Gobierno names it, the policia.es directory of foreigner units does not. Until they match, the confirmation of your appointment is the only reliable answer.
